Terms of Service — JetMinds Crossposter

These Terms govern your use of JetMinds Crossposter (the "App"), operated by JetMinds ("we", "us"). By connecting your account and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App lets content creators publish and cross-post their own short videos to TikTok and other social platforms from one place. You authorize the App to publish content to your connected accounts only when you initiate a post.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the rights to any content you publish through the App.
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer policies, and with the rules of any other connected platform.
• You must not use the App to post spam, misleading, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

3. Content and branding

The App publishes your original content as you submit it. The App does not add watermarks, logos, promotional branding, links, or promotional text to your content.

4. Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for content that fails to post due to platform outages, API changes, or account restrictions.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time from your TikTok account settings. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or applicable platform policies.
